Delete or Access Your Data
This page explains how to ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, or to send you a copy of it. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
How to ask
- Email ukheadoffice@ninjakidzparks.com with the subject “Data request”, or
- write to Data Protection, Unit 23 Mayfield Industrial Estate, Dalkeith, Midlothian, EH22 4AD, or
- ask at reception in either park.
Please tell us your name, the email address and phone number you used with us, and which park you visited, so we can find your records. Someone else, such as a parent or a solicitor, can ask for you if they show us they have your permission.
Checking it’s you
To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm details we already hold before we act. We only use what you give us for this to deal with your request.
What happens next
We’ll reply within one month. If your request is complex, we may need up to two more months — we’ll tell you within the first month if so. It’s free. When we delete your information, we also tell the companies that process it for us, such as ROLLER and Klaviyo, to delete it.
What we may have to keep
We can keep some information where the law allows, for example:
- records we must keep for tax and accounting;
- waivers and accident records, in case of an injury claim;
- a “do not contact” record, so that we don’t send you marketing again;
- information we need to deal with a legal claim.
We’ll tell you what we have kept and why.
Your other rights and complaints
You can also ask us to correct, restrict or send you your information — see the rights in our Privacy Policy. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your request, use our data protection complaint form, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
