Health & Safety
At Ninja Kidz Action Park, safety comes first. Our park rules and Team Member instructions are there so everyone can have fun and feel confident.
Before you play
- Everyone taking part needs a waiver. Waivers must be signed by someone aged 16 or over; a parent or guardian signs for younger children.
- Everyone taking part needs a valid ticket or session time before entering an activity.
- Read the safety signs and follow the rules for each activity.
- Wear park grip socks.
- Follow any height, weight or age limits shown at each activity.
While you’re here
- Follow all park rules and Team Member instructions at all times.
- Know your limits, and look out for the people around you.
- Children under 16 must have a supervising adult or guardian on site for their whole visit.
- Make sure glasses, hearing aids, braces and other personal items are secure, and keep phones, keys and loose items off the activities.
- No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs may take part.
- No weapons or sharp objects are allowed in the park.
Please remember
- Our activities are physical, and injuries can happen even when all the rules are followed. You take part at your own risk, as set out in the waiver.
- Team Members may move guests to another activity or area, and anyone who doesn’t follow the rules may be asked to stop or to leave.
- Look after your own belongings; we’re not responsible for items that are lost or damaged.
Activity rules
Rules for each activity are posted beside it and enforced by our Team Members. For the full list at your park, see its Health & Safety page or ask a Team Member when you visit.
