Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book with or visit Ninja Kidz Action Park Dundee or Edinburgh. Please read them before you book. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.

The company that runs the park you book is the company you are contracting with.

Booking and tickets

When you book online we email your confirmation and tickets. Please bring them to the park. Prices are in pounds and include VAT. If you haven’t received your confirmation within 24 hours, contact the park.

Cancellations and refunds

Tickets are for a specific date and time, so the 14-day right to cancel online purchases doesn’t apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)).

If we have to cancel your session or close the park, we’ll offer you a new date or a full refund.

Waivers

Everyone who takes part must have a waiver, signed by someone aged 16 or over, before entering. Please sign waivers before you arrive.

Supervision and park rules

Children must be supervised as set out in the park rules. Everyone must follow the park rules, safety signs and staff instructions. We may refuse entry, or ask someone to leave without a refund, if they behave unsafely or break the rules.

Parties and groups

Party and group bookings include the details shown when you book.

Memberships

Memberships are sold in the park. You’ll get the membership terms when you join.

Our responsibility to you

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We aren’t responsible for losses we couldn’t reasonably have foreseen, or for lost or stolen belongings, except where caused by our negligence.

Texts and your information

Our text messages are covered by our Mobile Terms, and we use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Scots law, and disputes go to the Scottish courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
