Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) work in the same way, and we call them all “cookies” here.

How we use cookies

  • Necessary: make the website work, keep it secure, and remember your cookie choices. These are always on.
  • Preferences: remember choices you make on the website.
  • Statistics: help us understand how people use the website (Google Analytics; and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which don’t use cookies — see below).
  • Marketing: measure our adverts and show you relevant ones on other sites (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, RudderStack).

Preferences, statistics and marketing cookies are off until you choose to allow them in our cookie banner. Saying no doesn’t stop you using the website or booking.

Site statistics without cookies

On our UK park pages, Google’s tag doesn’t load until you accept statistics or marketing cookies. We do count visits with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which don’t use cookies and only give us overall figures. UK law allows this without asking first, but you can object at any time by choosing “Necessary only” or switching off “Statistics” below. Our Privacy Policy explains this.

When you book

When you open the booking window on our website, we pass your cookie choices to ROLLER, our booking provider, so that its booking pages respect them.

Change your choices, and the cookies we use

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website may then not work. To find out more about how we use your information, read our Privacy Policy.
