Mobile Terms
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms cover text messages (SMS/MMS) from Ninja Kidz Action Park Dundee and Edinburgh. The company that sends them is the company that runs your park — see our Privacy Policy.
1. What we send
- Service messages: booking confirmations, party details, waiver and visit reminders, and replies when you text us.
- Marketing messages: offers, events and news from our Dundee and Edinburgh parks — only if you’ve agreed. If you booked with a park and didn’t say no when you booked, that park may also text you about similar things.
Agreeing to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything.
2. Signing up
You can sign up for text messages by ticking the text message box when you sign a waiver. By signing up, you confirm the phone is yours or you’re allowed to use it.
3. How often, and cost
How often we text depends on your bookings and preferences. Your network’s standard charges may apply to messages you send us, but replying STOP is free.
4. Stopping texts
Reply STOP to any text to stop that kind of message. We’ll send one message to confirm, then no more. You can also unsubscribe on our Marketing Preferences page, or ask at reception. To start again, reply START.
5. Help
Reply HELP for help, or email legal@ninjakidzparks.com.
6. Delivery
Mobile networks aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Your information
We use Klaviyo and Twilio to send texts for us. We won’t share your mobile number or your consent with anyone else for their marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
