Your Privacy (for Kids)
This page is for kids. It explains, simply, what we know about you and what we do with it. There’s a longer version for grown-ups.
What we know about you
When a grown-up books your visit, they tell us your name and your birthday, so we know who’s coming and that you’re old enough for what you’re doing. If you have a party here, they tell us about that too.
Why we need it
- To let you in.
- To keep you safe while you play.
- To help you if you get hurt, and to remember what happened.
- If your grown-up says yes to hearing from us, to send them a birthday offer around your birthday.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell information about you.
- We don’t send adverts or offers to you. We only send them to grown-ups who say yes.
- Our website doesn’t track you for adverts unless a grown-up says it can.
- We only ask for what we need. If we don’t need something, we don’t ask for it.
Who can see it
The people who work at the park, and the companies that help us run our bookings and website. They have to keep it safe and can only use it to help us.
Your rights
Information about you belongs to you. You can ask us what we know about you, ask us to fix it if it’s wrong, or ask us to delete it. A grown-up can help you ask, or you can ask at the front desk.
On our website
Please ask a grown-up before you fill in any form on our website. If you’re worried about how your information is being used, talk to a grown-up you trust. They can contact us, or the Information Commissioner’s Office, which makes sure everyone follows the rules: ico.org.uk.
